School Prospectus

St Anthony’s welcomes all parents looking for a Catholic education for their children to apply for a place. The school is based in East Dulwich and the pupils live in the surrounding areas and attend a wide range of parishes. 

St Anthony’s is a well-established and vibrant school in a beautiful building with delightful children, enthusiastic, experienced staff and a strong sense of community.

We are an inclusive and welcoming Catholic school that has served the local community for 140 years. The Governing Body welcomes applications from those of other denominations and faiths and from those who have no faith who support the religious ethos of the school.

If you are interested in enrolling your child at St Anthony’s Catholic Primary School for September 2024, you are welcome to visit on one of the following dates. Please email the school office to reserve a place on the tour of your choice, school@stanthonys.southwark.sch.uk

Admission for Reception September 2024

If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020, your child is due to start primary school in September 2024. The Local Authority Admissions process opened on 1^st September, the closing date for applications is 15^th January 2024. To apply for admission to St Anthony’s you need to complete a supplementary form which you can download below in addition to completing the Local Authority electronic admissions process, eAdmissions. Places will be offered in Tuesday 19th April 2024.

Nursery Admissions

The Nursery has a morning session from 8.45 to 12noon, funded by the Local Authority, for 30 children. There is the option for Nursery children to attend a full day, from 8.45 to 15.30, which requires the payment of a top-up fee for the additional hours. We provide the 30 hours Childcare (extended entitlement) for Nursery children. All Nursery children have a school lunch. Please use the Supplementary form below to apply for September admission.

In Year Admissions

St Anthony's Catholic Primary School manage our own In Year Admissions. If you would like your child to move schools during the academic year or are moving to the area, please complete a Supplementary form available below and submit it to the school office. In-year admissions will follow the normal admissions criteria and school admissions policy.
